EVAN

Evan Gray (he/him) is originally from Jacksonville, Florida. He first found a love for theatre at 7 years old when he played Roger in 101 DALMATIANS JUNIOR. The moment he sat behind that tiny, fake piano and sang "Cruella De Vil", he was hooked. When he was 10 years old, he went on to join the company of the touring production of A CHRISTMAS STORY as Ralphie and a member of the ensemble. From there, he had the opportunity to travel the country with the first national tour of MATILDA THE MUSICAL as Bruce Bogtrotter, which led him to NYC to join the closing cast of the musical on Broadway as Bruce. 10 years later, he is a senior at Shenandoah Conservatory pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre. He is still in love with performing and his passion and drive for musical theatre continues to grow.
As a performer, he is hard working and ready for any challenge. He is always looking for ways to make people laugh and brighten people's days, whether that be onstage or in the rehearsal room. He is also an accomplished musician with a wide variety of instruments under his belt: guitar, bass, drums, mandolin, and piano. He is always looking for ways to combine his love of musical theatre with his love of playing music.
When Evan isn't performing, you will most likely find him listening to Bon Iver, Dolly Parton, or Mk.gee on repeat. If not found there, you could find him in a National Park somewhere, or in his room looking through his Google Drive of Musical Theatre pit scores trying to find the next guitar book he will play along with to the cast recording in his headphones.
